Maggie + Isaiah

Maggie and Isaiah both have a heart for God. These two met at Truman State in Kirksville, Missouri through Campus Ministry. They started as friends, but soon that relationship budded into so much more.

They got married at the Cornerstone Chapel in Peculiar, Missouri. The same church that Maggie attended growing up until they built a new church across town where all the getting-ready activity was taking place.

The reception area was quiet, the room itself waiting for the festivities to come later that day. Everything was beautifully decorated. Dark blue linens covered the tables with porcelain and glass.

Two friends helped Maggie with her hair and make-up and before we headed over to the Chapel to get into her the bride had some fun photo moments with her friends.

At the Chapel, Isaiah grabbed some portraits with his groomsmen and then patiently waited for the first glimpse of his bride.

This first look did not disappoint. Maggie and Isaiah were thrilled to finally be together and to bask in knowing that it would not be very long at all until they said their vows to one another. They took time to be alone and to pray before we captured their couple's portraits. These two were fun at their engagement session to capture and it was the same here. They just kept giving us gold.

Their wedding party joined them until it was time to hide away while guests arrived and took a moment before they walked down the aisle.

Even though these two had shared a first look, there were still tears shed by Isaiah as he watched his bride walking toward him. They exchanged their vows and made their commitment to each other and God in the sacrament of marriage before taking communion.

What a joyous celebration! Thank you to Maggie and Isaiah for letting us be a part of your day. We pray you two have an incredibly blessed marriage.
