What a beautiful day at the Sophia M. Sachs Butterfly House in Chesterfield, Missouri as we celebrated a fantastic couple. I am so happy that these two found each other. The love between Jennifer and Anthony is full of kindness, sincerity, and support.

I can't say enough nice things about the bride, Jennifer. She is so sweet and kind to everyone she meets and when you're around her you feel better cause she lifts you up. It's no wonder Anthony fell head over heels. I know I did!

Anthony who I viewed in the beginning as nice, quiet, and on the shy side -- what I found is you need to see Anthony with his people. He surrounded himself with his nearest and dearest friends, and I saw the party guy come out. Still lovely, still the guy who would bend over backwards for his wife, but def a guy who cuts loose.

One of the great things about being a wedding photographer is I get to be a part of different cultures. And I was so happy that Anthony and Jennifer celebrated in Jennifer's Jewish faith. Before the ceremony witnesses, the Rabbi, bride, and groom came together for the Ketubah signing, it's like a "marriage contract". The signing of the Ketubah is an important ritual. It took place before the actual wedding. Instead of a paper(s), Jennifer had theirs commissioned into a beautiful piece of art that can be hung in their home. The two witnesses were called to make a vow that if Jennifer and Anthony ever fall on hard times these witnesses will bring them back to the moment they signed the Ketubah. The two witnesses affirmed that they would and signed, then the Rabbi signed, and then Jennifer and Anthony. It was very beautiful to capture.

At the ceremony, the couple stood beneath the chuppah during their ceremony. Sweet wine was drunk, rings exchanged, the glass broken and we all yelled, "Mazel tov!"

During the ceremony and at the reception there was so much outpouring of love and joy for Anthony and Jennifer. I'm so glad I got to be a part of their day and the moments leading up to their "I do." I pray for countless blessings in your marriage. Hugs! ❤
